The website employs technical and organisational measures to ensure protection against access to, and the loss, destruction, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. The comprehensive protection of your data against all threats is not, however, possible despite regular monitoring.
Any personal data is transferred exclusively by us in encrypted form. The encrypted data transfer by our website can be identified by the acronym HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) in the URL bar.
Storing contact data
Names, postal addresses and email addresses that are provided by users when submitting contact enquiries or placing orders for information material (e.g., by using the contact form, by email or by telephone) shall be used exclusively for any correspondence pertaining to the processing of your enquiry. This processing is conducted in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 (b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). There shall be no transfer of data to third parties. There shall be no transfer of data to third parties.
Data deletion
In accordance with Art. 17 and 18 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any data processed by us shall be routinely deleted or the processing thereof limited as soon as this information is no longer required for the intended purpose, or when affected individuals do not submit their separate consent, or when statutorily prescribed retention periods and obligations render the extended storage of data obsolete.
Rights of those affected
Users shall have the right to prevent the processing of data, to enquire about any personal data stored about them and its processing, as well as to correct or limit the processing of said data respectively, or to demand the deletion of such data. This data shall then be deleted.
